EK patented cold bridge-free cabinet structure

With the latest European design of cold bridge-free line contact inner frame structure for the EK combined cabinet, the unit has no cold
leakage parts and adopts marine-grade standard sharp line contact seal to connect the built-in frame with the overall foam tightly, forming a
high-strength and perfect frame structure. The thermal insulation performance reaches the European standard T2 level, which can completely eliminate the cold bridge loss of cooling capacity.

High-quality filter

The unit adopts pleated primary effect filter and multi-bag medium effect filter to increase the area of filter material and effectively retain dust. For units used in purification occasions, the filter adopts a purification-grade installation frame. The circlip fixing method allows it easy to

disassemble and install, and the windward compression design can achieve purification-level sealing effect. It can be equipped with glass

fiber type high-efficiency filter to filter ultra-fine dust to meet the filtration efficiency requirements of clean room. Filters of activated carbon,

electrostatic type, and photocatalytic type can also be equipped according to customer needs.

High-strength high-insulation panel

The unit adopts sandwich environmentally friendly high-pressure and constant-temperature fluorinated polyurethane-free foam, with a foaming density of at least 48 kg/m3 and a thermal conductivity of only 0.0188 W/m*C.

With built-in angle steel frame and aluminum alloy frame, it features strong non-deformability and beautiful appearance. The joint adopts

a unique clamp design to not only provide convenience for disassembly and maintenance, but also ensure a low air leakage rate; when the negative pressure inside the unit is 700 Pa, the air leakage rate is only 0.04%, which fully meets the needs for use in various purification
